About Us
Judyn Matthewman: director of TRC Ltd.
Consultant in management, project management and team development, Wide
ranging experience in training needs analysis, course design and
delivery, and collaboration with academic institutions, research
institutions, and the public and voluntary sectors. An associate of the
University of Edinburgh’s Management School and part time tutor in
Project Management for the University of Greenwich.
In partnership with Business Link Kent established a new Management
Development Club, for middle to senior managers. In partnership with
the University of Greenwich managed the Up-skilling the Mature
Workforce project funded by the LSC. Managed the TRC Social Care
project, part of the Action for Attainment Project.

Malcolm Piers-Taylor: Thames Area Manager of TRC Ltd.
Over the last 25 years, Malcolm has held senior management positions
within both Purchasing and Supply Chain Management with blue chip
organisations, which include Dow Chemical Company Ltd; J Bibby and
Sons; Lucas Industries, and Smiths Industries. He is now a UK resident
with experience of North American and European markets.
Recently completed a 7-year general management consultancy project with
the UK Department of Trade and Industry, where he was the Area and
Projects Manager for the Regional Supply Network, South East, and
co-ordinated tens of Supply Chain Development projects across this
region with companies and organisations of all sizes in both the public
and private sectors. Included:

A
trainer, coach and facilitator with 15 years experience of working with

In 2006 attained an MSc in Training and Performance Management with the
University of Leicester, including a dissertation on the application of
competency frameworks in the government sector. A fellow of the
Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL) and an associate
member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
